Russ and Renée are adapting to life in a (sometimes) quiet house. We are happy to have all our kids coming home for Christmas!
Doug and Cassie have only one semester left as students. Doug will graduate this spring from Harvard Law School and Cassie will receive her Masters Degree in Special Education. We are thrilled to announce that they are expecting their first baby, our first grandchild, in late June!
Austin and Mariko have settled into a cute little apartment in Old Town Manassas. We are happy to have them living close enough to visit frequently. Austin commutes into D.C. for his law classes at George Washington University while Mariko spends her days with a class full of three-year-olds at the Compass School here in Manassas.
Erika and Aaron have recently announced their engagement, and Erika is showing off some bling on her finger and a glowing smile on her face. We are very excited for them, and happy to welcome Aaron to the Bunch in May. Both Erika and Aaron are students at BYU-Provo. Erika is working on a degree in English, and Aaron in Information Technology.
Natalie is a freshman studying Architecture at Virginia Tech, and seems to be enjoying life in Blacksburg. Smokey the Cat misses having her at home, and so do her parents. We are happy to have her close enough to come home for a visit once in a while.

I hadn't heard about Doug and Cassie having a new little one. How exciting!!!! Now we won't have the only great grandchildren. Congratulations to Erika! So glad you have started blogging, it will be a great way to stay in touch. I have a blog as well(ordinarymiracles-nichole.blogspot)
